Welcome to Baydream Believer, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This stunning luxury home includes 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms over two levels. Main level has a great room, cook's kitchen, master bedroom with en suite, and a 2nd bedroom with a bathroom. Lower level includes a bar/ kitchenette, a living/ game area, golf simulator room (clubs provided), and a 3rd bedroom with bathroom. You will find fireplaces in the great room, all bedrooms, and in the lower level. This bluff-side lot is walkable, and the outdoor space is stunning, regardless of the season! Guests have access to the garage, which includes a Tesla charger if needed!

This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.

Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.


Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

- There is no direct water access on the property. The home is located on a bluff overlooking the bay.
-No Boat or Trailer parking is allowed on the property. No Exceptions. There is a public park and boat landing at George K Pinney County Park just a 5 minute drive away.

This property was wonderful for our family for the weekend. The views were gorgeous from every room. We had 3 couples and a baby and had plenty of room and space for everyone. It also was very conveniently located to travel to any other cities, in Door county.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, spacious, well equipped, and very clean. It was everything we'd hoped for and more. The golf simulator was lots of fun, and the upper-level deck made for a beautiful spot to grill and watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. It was a well equipped kitchen, the beds were comfy, and the highlight of our last evening was the golf simulator. Two of our group are golfers and they had a ball! The view from the house and the deck was exceptional. Three friendly turkeys stopped by daily to check on us. Nice memory.

Peaceful stay with room for people to rest

What a beautiful home, really loved staying there. We were there for a memorial service and this gave everyone a space to be together or apart while we remembered a loved one. Thank you for letting us stay at this property!

Great place for a small group reunion!

We had a GREAT weekend staying at Baydream Believer. The golf simulator was an absolute blast, the deck was superb for eating dinner outside, and the views of the lake were phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend!

The house was exactly as advertised and was surprisingly well stocked for a vacation home. The layout of the home is well thought out and the view from the deck is impressive. Must stay!

We had such a great trip. The house is fully equipped so while there are great things to do around the area we enjoyed staying in. Our labor day weekend was filled with grilling and story telling on the balcony, and golfing in the basement. Highly recommend.

Cool bluff house

Rented for a weekend in Door County and a Packers game. Great layout for the family. The view was awesome (saw lots of Wild Turkeys) and a bald Eagle. The basement makes this house. Very cool spot.

Beautiful home- we will be back!

The deck and view was even better than yhe photos. We reallu enjoyed hanging out there & using the amazing grill and table with fire pit. We appreciated the details too, like the binoculars to use for viewing all wild turkey, pelicans, and eagles. Such a beautiful home! We will definitely rent again!
