This spacious 1,500+ sq ft home features a welcoming living room with a ceiling fan, dining table, and plenty of comfortable seating. The beautiful stone gas log fireplace creates a cozy focal point, perfect for gathering with family and friends.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

All one needs and more.

The house sits at a T intersection so there is a bit of residential street noise but not enough to prevent us from having a great stay. The house is very comfortable with all the games imaginable and a massive TV. Loved the coffee bar and really appreciated the starter supply to get us going. We were able to walk to Oktoberfest without a problem. I would be very happy to stay there again!

The house was dirty. It looked as if nobody had stayed there, and it was dusty plus not cared for. The house itself was beautiful. The fence was broken for half our stay for our dogs and this is one of the reasons why I rented it. There were two rolls of toilet paper for five people and no paper towels or napkins. There was not any dish soap plus the heater kept turning itself on and off. It was 30 degrees when we were there. I'm not sure what that was about. I'm not sure I'd rent again w Cool Cabins as this experience and not pleasant.

Amazing stay at the big bear location. I will definitely be staying at another location. Only complaint was the game room was smelling like gas, so it made it difficult to really enjoy the game room, especially for the kids.
