Sleeping Arrangements:
- Master Bedroom – Features a king-size bed with plush linens, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom for privacy and convenience. - Second Bedroom – Offers a queen-size bed with soft bedding and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. - Additional Sleeping Space – The living room sofa pulls out into a full-size bed, providing extra sleeping arrangements for guests.
Bathrooms & Amenities:
Both bathrooms are stocked with high-quality toiletries to ensure a refreshing and relaxing experience. Provided for each guest:
- Dove Shampoo & Conditioner – Gentle, nourishing, and suitable for all hair types. - Olay Body Wash – Moisturizing and lightly scented for a clean, fresh feel. - Hand Soap – Available at all sinks for guest convenience. - Towels – A full set of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths is provided for each guest.
For added convenience, we also provide two laundry pods to use in the in-unit washer and dryer, so you can freshen up clothes during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to everything in the unit, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The entire condo is yours to enjoy, including the fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and in-suite laundry.
The only restricted areas are:
- Locked Door Near the Front Entrance – This is a private storage space for housekeeping and maintenance supplies. - Locked Closet in the Secondary Bedroom – Used for owner storage and not accessible to guests.
In-Suite Laundry:
For added convenience, guests have access to a washer and dryer inside the unit. This is perfect for refreshing clothes after a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring Canmore.
- Two laundry pods are provided for your use. - The washer and dryer are easy to use with simple settings for quick or deep cleaning cycles.
Please remember to clean out the dryer lint trap after each use to ensure efficient drying and safety.

A $250-$500 refundable damage deposit is required at the start of your booking. Deductions may be made for rule violations, property damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning.
1. No Smoking or Vaping: - Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the patio, and anywhere within the building. Any violation will result in additional cleaning fees, loss of deposit, and immediate eviction.
2. No Pets: - No pets are allowed inside the unit or on the property. Any evidence of pets will result in additional cleaning fees, loss of deposit, and immediate eviction.
3. Noise & Disturbance Policy: - Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. - No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior at any time. - If noise complaints are received, guests will be warned once. A second violation results in eviction without refund.
4. No Unauthorized Guests, Parties, or Gatherings: - Only registered guests on the reservation may stay overnight. - No house parties, events, or large gatherings. - Any violations will result in eviction, loss of deposit, and legal consequences if necessary.
5. Security Deposit & Property Damage: - Any damage to the unit, furniture, appliances, or fixtures will be deducted from the deposit. - Missing or stolen items will be charged accordingly, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
6. Garbage & Recycling: - All garbage and recycling must be disposed of in the underground garage bins before check-out. - Improper disposal may result in additional cleaning charges.
7. Pool & Fitness Center Rules: - Access is granted via your key card. - No glass, food, or alcohol is allowed in the pool area. - Proper swimwear is required. - Guests violating rules may have access revoked.
8. Parking Rules: - Underground parking is first-come, first-served; no assigned spots. - Vehicles must be locked at all times. - ML Rocky Mountain Properties is not responsible for theft, damage, or towing fees.
9. Lighting, Heating & Appliance Use: - Turn off all lights, TVs, and electronics when not in use. - Set thermostats to 68-70°F before check-out. - Unplug all fans and small appliances before leaving.
10. Fire Safety: - No open flames, candles, or space heaters are allowed. - Tampering with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or emergency equipment will result in eviction.
11. No Illegal Activity: - The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. - Any drug-related activity will be reported to law enforcement and result in immediate eviction.
12. Security & Building Safety: - Always lock doors and windows when leaving the unit. - Do not share your key card with anyone outside your group. - Report suspicious activity to guest support or building security.
13. Wi-Fi & Streaming Services: - Guests are responsible for logging out of personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Prime, etc.). - We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your accounts after check-out.
14. Maintenance & Reporting Issues: - Report plumbing, electrical, or appliance issues immediately. - Guests may be held responsible for unreported damages that worsen due to negligence.
15. Check-Out Compliance: - Guests must follow all check-out procedures to avoid additional charges. - Excessive mess requiring additional cleaning will result in deductions from the deposit. - Lost or unreturned key cards may result in a replacement fee.

Great accommodations, as advertised, with lovely extras like snacks on arrival, blankets, heated bathroom floors, and great selection of coffee/tea. Super service and space.
The attention to detail & all of the extra’s! The host thought of everything- fans in both bedrooms, luggage racks, night lights, extra blankets & pillows, black “makeup” cloths & soap pods for the washing machine.
This property was super clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location had a pool The location was an easy drive to banff. The space was perfect for the four of us
The stay was near perfect for us. Location was good. Inside and outside was nicely done. The views were great. Communications with host was excellent. We only had one night where parking was difficult but it ended up not be a big deal with all the positives. We would do it again.
I stayed here with my husband and 3 kids. It was enough room for all of us. It is very well stocked with everything you need and more. Newly renovated, bright and very clean. Host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was just as described. It was clean and comfortable. The walking paths next to the street made for quick access to the shopping and dining options, since the street gets full rather early in the day with traffic and it stays that way all day. Views are wonderful from the balcony/porch.
This suite was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen had everything to cook all of our meals. The unit was very clean! My favorite parts were:-how great the communication with host was.-they provided beach towels (big and small) for our pool/hot tub comfort. -there was endless baskets with rolled up cozy blankets available. -beds had three pillows per person...and im a pillow lover so that was great. -never heard noise from neighbours in evenings, just during olympic hockey games...but we may have also been just as loud cheering. - the location is perfect, so close to our favorite pottery painting place called crocadoodle. - very close to elevation place and all the restaraunts and shopping. - we will absolutely be booking this place again....the pool and hit tubs were so great to have especiallg in the winter time! So neat!
