The sunny, four-bedroom, modern terrace home has a king-size bed in one room, a queen in the other and lots of storage space with built-in robes and drawer units in both bedrooms. It has a full bathroom plus a combination powder room/laundry with a second toilet. With its exclusive-use front patio, rear terrace and garden, you’ll enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living and have several delightful spaces to lounge in comfort. Like to cook? Then enliven your dishes with the rosemary, curry, cardamom, nasturtium and bay leaf growing in the back yard. Or if they're in season, pick yourself some paw-paws, figs or grapes.

Why they chose this property

The Nancy Bondi has been fitted out with the creature comforts of a true home. It’s air-conditioned, the laundry contains a washer and drier, and there is a clothesline outside. The full kitchen is well equipped and has all of the usual appliances as well as a Nespresso machine, sharp, good quality kitchen knives and cooking basics (olive oil, some condiments, etc). You can also BBQ on the terrace. There is a Sonos speaker, and the 55-inch smart TV includes Netflix. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan as well as AC.

A porta-cot, high-chair and kids plates/cutlery are available on request.
