In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 1, the maximum allowed occupancy is 2, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental features a one-bedroom layout and is just a 2-minute walk to the beach!

As you enter into the villa you can go left into the bedroom, or straight to the living area. The bedroom offers a queen size bed and has a flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Attached to the bedroom is the full bathroom with a shower tub combo. The bathroom is also accessible from the hall.

Entering the main living space you’ll immediately notice the high ceilings and beautiful wood beams. The living area offers a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and access to the screened porch. The fully equipped kitchen is off to the side, and features stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry and granite countertops. The round dining table has seating for two. Just off the living area is the tranquil screened porch, where you can submerse yourself in the beautiful nature Kiawah Island has to offer.

Very close to the Kiawah’s beautiful beach

Mom and adult daughter stayed for 4 nights. Condo was perfect for two. Could hear the ocean from the screened in porch. Quiet all around.

Good location

The location and proximity to beach is excellent. However the unit could use repairs (floor molding broken, slider extremely hard to slide) and cleaning (laundry equipment, shower door rails). Ants in food cabinet... but brought our own spray.

Regrettably, we were not made aware of anything further until after your departure. Close to the beach but needs care

My wife and I stayed 5 nights. The condo is indeed very close to the beach, which is lovely. The condo was not as clean as expected - dirty paper rolled up behind toilet and ceiling paint peeling in bathroom. Found 2 live roaches, one German cockroach on bedding and palmetto bug on kitchen floor. Both during the day - not a good sign. Also many sweet ants crawling in microwave. Dead hornets on screened in porch. It's understandable that insects could be present this close to the shore but we did not see any attempt to control the situation.

All properties are treated quarterly in an effort to keep them outside rather than in, but we are always happy to address additional concerns as needed should a few sneak inside the home. Upon your comments, we inspect and provided additional treatment. We are thankful that no issues have been noticed. We hope that you enjoyed your time on the island regardless!
