Dog-Friendly Beach Cottage w/ Hot Tub, Fenced Yard & Steps to the Shore!
Wonderful, DOG FRIENDLY beach cottage with lovely backyard oasis including a hot tub under a canopy for shade, fenced in yard and large deck where you can enjoy your coffee or cocktails. Only 1 1/2 blocks to the beach this property is so convenient to walking to the beach and boardwalk! There is plenty of living space with two indoor living rooms, TVs in each bedroom for endless entertainment, an an office space in an upstairs bedroom. There are also new quiet air-conditioning window units installed in 2023. Spend your days at the beach, then come home to relax in the backyard while grilling dinner and soak in the private hot tub.
