OVERVIEW: Welcome to Munson Street in Country Club Estates, a family-friendly, dog-friendly 3 BR, 2 BA beach cottage. Super spacious ranch-style Rehoboth Beach cottage. There is a lovely open flow with Wi-Fi, a well-appointed kitchen with new cookware, new bed linens, updated bathrooms, and a private yard for the kids or your fur baby.
LOCATION: Country Club Estates. Only two blocks to Rehoboth Ave and four blocks from the beach and boardwalk.
PARKING: Private driveway for one car and one car garage.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out. Patio with seating, fireplace, and sunroom.
THINGS TO KNOW: Dog-friendly with a pet fee (one dog only). This home rents Saturday to Saturday during the summer months. Linens are not included. However, we do have a linen rental package for guests. No smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect week at the beach!

The house was perfect for our beach vacation. It’s bigger than it looks online! Comfortable spaces to relax, great kitchen for cooking and close enough to the beach and town. We walked everywhere!

Family Time

We had a great vacation. The property was spacious and clean, perfect for six people. It was a short walk to the restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. It was even better since we brought our family dog!

Great experience

Location and home are excellent, easy walk to Rehoboth Ave. and the boardwalk/beach if you are used to an active lifestyle. The house is perfect for vacationing, plenty of room for all.
