We enjoyed our week-long stay in this spacious and pretty townhouse. The kitchen is well-equipped, the three full bath are very nice, and the beds comfortable. They could be a big bigger though (king instead of a queen and fulls instead of the twins). But overall we liked the house. One issue was that the second and third bedrooms are very bright due to highlights that do not allow for any blackout curtains. We used the sleeper sofa in the living room instead for one of our kids, which worked fine. The community pool is great and overall the Spring Lake property is nice. The location is close to downtown and the beaches by car (5-10 minutes) but not very convenient for biking and walking since the Coastal Highway is cutting the community off from downtown Rehoboth. It's all manageable but it makes one car dependent. Our main issue was a lack of communication at check-in because we never received the instructions from Vrbo to actually pick up the keys downtown at Lingo Realtors. We had to call around once we arrived to find out how to get into the house, which was a bit stressful. Fortunately we arrived at 3pm and were able to solve the issue quickly. But the communication could have been better. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay and would potentially stay in this unit again.
