The Space:

Nestled in the heart of Caloundra, the design and colour palette of this apartment reflects the natural beauty of the coastal landscape while offering a functional, sophisticated, yet relaxed atmosphere. Unwind in the open-plan living area, with expansive windows that frame the stunning beach views, allowing natural light to flood in. The space is perfect for lounging or entertaining, with plush seating and a cosy atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or simply enjoy a quick bite before heading out for a day at the beach.



Each bedroom is carefully styled to perfection, with its own unique personality, offering guests both comfort and character.

Master Bedroom (bedroom one): The master suite is a serene retreat, featuring a king-sized bed with soft linens and a coastal-inspired design. Light and airy, it provides a peaceful escape.



Bedroom two: The second bedroom is perfect for families or friends sleeping 3 guests, with two comfortable single beds and a pull out trundle bed. With a playful yet sophisticated design, this room brings a bright and cheerful atmosphere, while still maintaining a calm, restful feel.



Bathrooms: Each of the two bathrooms are spacious and designed with a modern touch, featuring a shower, vanity and toilet.

Heated Pool: Take a dip in the heated complex pool.

Air Conditioning & Wi-Fi: Stay cool and connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the apartment.

Beach View: Just moments away from the sand, you can enjoy the beach whenever you please.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with access to the shared amenities which include a heated pool, barbecue area and underground parking.

Within meters of this apartment you'll find golden beaches, lovely parks, playgrounds and picnic areas and glittering blue waters. Australia Zoo, UnderWater World and the Sunshine Coast's many other attractions are also just a short drive away.

Bulcock Beach is not only a stunning location but also one that offers easy access to all the essentials and local attractions. Whether you're looking to explore the beach, visit nearby cafes, or head out on an adventure, getting around is a breeze.



Other Things to Note:

*Please note that all guests are required to complete a check-in form, including vehicle registration details for any car parked in the complex garage. This is a mandatory step, and access to the apartment will only be provided once the form has been completed.



*We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
