Leucate- La Franqui: a large villa with garden

The villa is located in a very quiet residential area. It has 4 sides and 2 terraces which allow you to have shade or sun whatever the time of day.
A little more: a pétanque field for amateurs!

The villa is 100m2, the garden about 500m2. Private parking.

Family destination above all, the huge beach and the pedestrian lanes guarantee safety and a carefree holiday!

Two beaches are accessible within 10 minutes walk: Coussoules beach (kite spot) or the cliff beach.

At the foot of the cliff, a sandy beach, transparent waters and room for all. The small inlet which communicates with the pond makes it an ideal swimming area for the little ones.


Coussoules sports beach: this is where the Mondial du Vent takes place every year. This spot offers exceptional conditions for lovers of kitesurfing, windsurfing, sand yachting, buggy, and mountain boarding.

We provide a few bikes.

La franqui en famille

Maison idéale pour long sejour. Piscine , jacuzzi, grandes terrasses... pleins de coins sympas dans la maison. Cuisine tres bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Adresse top. Prevoir velos car un peu loin de la plage mais on est au calme.

Très agréable maison, située dans un quartier calme. Vaste espace extérieur (piscine, terrasse, pergola). Cuisine bien équipée et moderne. La Franqui est une très belle plage et un village à taille humaine (c'est rare dans la région).

Conforme à l'annonce, sympa. Attention à 3 points : Linge de lit = Draps etc mais pas de serviettes de bain. Animaux acceptés = Animaux fréquents. Nous avons eu de grosses crises d'allergie dans la maison. Enfin pas de sel/poivre/huile/vinaigre. Prévoir cela aussi. Idéal famille / long séjour.

Wunderschönes Haus und super nette Vermieterin

Wir (Mein Mann, meine Familie und unser Hund) haben das Haus für drei Wochen gemietet. Es liegt direkt an einem Kreisel, ist jedoch sehr wenig befahren und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Das ganze Haus ist umzäunt, so dass unser Hund den ganzen Tag frei ums Haus laufen konnte. Die Vermieterin ist stets erreichbar und kann bei jeder Frage immer helfen. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig eingerichtet und nichts fehlt. Der Strand ist zu Fuss etwa in 15 Minuten schnell erreichbar. Alles klappte perfekt auch mit unserem Hund. Vielen lieben Dank Monique für unsere tollen Ferien.

Entspannte Tage in La Franquidankbar..

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem den Pool und den Garten haben wir sehr genossen. An den heißen Tagen waren wir für die Klimaanlage wirklich dankbar. Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen, zum Einkaufen fährt man wenige Minuten nach Leucate. Der Kontakt mit Monique war überaus nett und sehr unkompliziert.

Ferien mit Hunden

Liebevolle Begrüßung der Gastgeberin, ein Gastgeschenk (Wein aus örtlicher Umgebung) stand auf dem Tisch. Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub, mit unseren Hunden. Très beaux extérieurs

Villa très agréable. 2 magnifiques terrasses. Plus belle que sur les photos. Nous y reviendrons probablement. Par contre, il n’y a pas de vélos comme dit dans un commentaire mais les commerces sont à 10 min à pied: épicerie boulangerie boucherie. Top. Monique est très sympathique et attentionnée.

Un séjour parfait dans cette belle maison

Cette maison est très agréable à vivre avec ses grandes baies vitrées et ces nombreux endroits de repos tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Étant en hiver nous l'avions choisie pour sa clarté et nous n'avons pas été déçus! Elle est très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire de base. La literie est confortable et les chambres spacieuses. La maison est située dans un joli lotissement très calme à côté de l'étang et à 15mn à pieds de la plage. La piscine n'étant pas de saison nous avons adoré le coin jacuzzi très agréable après une journée de randonnée. L'accueil et la communication avec les propriétaires sont chaleureux. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Super house in perfect location

Six of us stayed here and the house is so spacious that we all had space to find a quiet corner. The gardens are beautiful with lots of different seating areas among citrus and fig trees so you can always find somewhere sunny or shady to relax. The house was cleaned to a very high standard and the charge for cleaning is very reasonable. The pool is also kept very clean and there's an outside shower for rinsing off sandy children after the beach. Tristan was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect- a little quieter than being in the centre of La Franqui but within easy walking distance of everything you need. The market is about 10 minutes walk away, bars and restaurants 15 minutes.

Urlaub in LaFranqui im September

Wir haben mit vier Personen und zwei Hunden einen wunderschönen und unkomplizierten Urlaub in LaFranqui verbracht. Das Ferienhaus war bestens ausgestattet und die Lage zum Strand sowie zu den Geschäften war perfekt. Wir waren sowohl am freien Strand vor Ort als auch in der Felsenbucht am Cap Leucate. Beide Strände waren sehr sauber und völlig problemlos mit den Hunden. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch

Ein super Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus!

Wir (vier Personen und ein Hund) waren über Neujahr für knapp zwei Wochen zwecks Windsurfferien in diesem schönen Haus. Die Buchung und die Übergabe haben wunderbar geklappt und die Besitzerin Monique hat uns alle Spezialitäten des Hauses bei Ankunft sympathisch und unkompliziert erklärt. Die Liegenschaft und insbesondere die Küche sind sehr gut ausgerüstet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wenn mal kein Wind herrschte, haben wir uns auf der hauseigenen Boulebahn die Zeit vertrieben :-) Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Ferien am Mittelmeer

Dieses Domizil liegt sehr zentral, auch in Strandnähe und ist ideal für Wassersportler und Familien geeignet.. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Narbonne oder Perpignon sind schnell zu erreichen, setzen aber ein Fahrzeug voraus. Auch ein Tagesausflug nach Spanien ist zu empfehlen. Das freistehende Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Eine Terasse und ein großer Garten sind vorhanden. Unsere charmante Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, kleinere Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. U.E. stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, so das wir das Ferienhaus bestens weiterempfehlen können.

Très belle maison avec grand jardin

Grande maison parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est comme sur les photos, grand, fleuri et à l'abri des regards. A 15 mn à pieds des 1ers commerces et à 20 mn de la plage. Par contre en vélo tout est très proche (3 sont prêtés par la propriétaire). Seul bémol, le manque de climatisation en cet été de canicule !
