This Redmond/Eagle Crest home was nice, clean and well stocked. The check in process was simple and streamlined.A few words about the owner: We forgot one of our car keys in the home, and the owner mailed it back to us in South Dakota! They were so kind!

All basic needs were met. Hot tub was great, house was clean and well stocked. Some areas for improvement:- Bed in 3rd bedroom (kids room) very uncomfortable. Feels like laying on plywood. - Baking pans were dirty, one has burnt food/soot on in and had been put back in the cupboard. - Steep cleaning fee given what is required of guests to do upon checkout. - No TV service, only options to login with your account. Other than those things, would consider staying here again.

I’m sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We’ll be checking on the bed in the third bedroom to ensure it’s comfortable, and I appreciate you bringing that to our attention. I also apologize for the condition of the baking pans, as that’s not the standard we aim to provide. Regarding the TV, it appears the connection may not have been fully set up after recent work in the home, and we’ll make sure that’s addressed. Thank you again for your comments, as they help us improve the experience for future guests."
