With room for up to eight guests, this sophisticated villa (named ""Inkosi", which means "Chief" in Zulu) offers a unique and truly memorable island escape. This designer villa includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, generous living areas and its own private plunge pool on the lower deck.

Location.
The Yacht Club Villa complex occupies a superb location at the end of Front Street, behind the iconic Hamilton Island Yacht Club.

Views.
Villa 16 offers magnificent views of Dent Passage and the turquoise Whitsunday waters.

Australian Design.
Designed by renowned architect Walter Barda, this villa maximises the spectacular view. Large louvered windows allow plenty of air and light to flow through the open spaces. It has also been decorated with a striking African Zulu theme.

Arrival Service.
As a guest of the Yacht Club Villas, you will be met at the Airport on arrival, with assistance provided to collect your buggy at the airport and delivery of your luggage. Upon arrival to your Villa you will also receive a complimentary welcome hamper.

High-end interiors.
Enjoy a state-of-the art gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances, Nespresso coffee machine (a starter pack of 10 pods are supplied, once these are used you will need to purchase a Nespresso compatible brand from the local IGA or please remember to bring your favourite pods), a separate laundry (also with Miele appliances), fully ducted air-conditioning and a quality sound system. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included.

Pool and gardens.
This villa includes a private plunge pool for your exclusive use. It also overlooks beautifully landscaped gardens with sprawling lawns that open to a large, shared lagoon pool.

Bedrooms.
There are four bedrooms in Villa 16- each with their own private bathroom. The master suite has a king bed, the second and third bedrooms have a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two singles upon request.

With a selection of free of charge By Request items that can be ordered in advance and in your Yacht Club Villa on your arrival, we can help make your stay as relaxing as possible, saving the extra worry when packing for your holiday.

Buggy.
This property includes 2x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
For your entire stay, children up to 12 years can eat free in participating restaurants when dining with their parents and choosing from the kids’ menu.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of
$500.
