Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort. Portable electric heaters and fans are provided for adaptable climate control, complemented by a split system for year-round comfort. The master bedroom features the added convenience of an ensuite bathroom.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with big-screen TVs, a reliable wireless internet connection, and a selection of books and board games. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, stick blender, toastie maker, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Laundry is made easy with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

Your pet is welcome to enjoy the fully fenced yard, featuring a grassed area and secure corrugated iron fencing, at least 2 meters high with no gaps.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate
