A mirror image of 1/49 Franklin Pde, this property has been given a Hamptons-style makeover. The ocean and island views are spectacular! Large groups can book both properties – with 6 people staying in each one.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen space is upstairs to maximise the views. There is a big deck to sit in and enjoy the view. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Heating and cooling are provided by a split system AC.

For entertainment, there is a big-screen TV with Netflix. Telstra WiFi is available throughout the house. There is a DVD player plus books and board games.
There are 3 bedrooms with Hamptons-style beds and beautiful linen, and a bathroom/laundry room. There is a reverse cycle split air cond downstairs.

The bedding configuration is:
Bedroom 1 – Queen bed (2 people)
Bedroom 2 – Double bed (2 people)
Bedroom 3 – Two single beds (2 people)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

There is ample off-street parking at the rear of the property (including room for a boat).

There is a fully enclosed backyard with 1700mm timber fencing. The area is grassed so it is an excellent and safe play area for your dogs. Of course, your well-behaved dogs are very welcome inside!


Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Party / Events Fee: $200 per occurrence
Late Night Disturbance Fee: $200 per occurrence
Smoking Fee: $200

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.

Please note that this property is not available for Schoolies booking and doesn't accept 25 December Arrival/Departure.
