Buena ubicación, pero gestión hostil y limpieza deficiente". El departamento está bien ubicado (a pasos de la playa y piscina) y cuenta con lo básico para una estadía confortable. Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia se arruinó por: 1. Poca tolerancia por el propietario: - Días antes de llegar pregunté si el estacionamiento solo era para 1 vehículo, no solo me explicó, sino que me acusó de "premeditación e irresponsable" por no ir todos juntos (totalmente innecesario) - Instrucciones para llegar deficientes -Estacionamiento prometido ocupado. 2. Limpieza deficiente: - Piso de sala con manchas secas (¿fluidos de basura?), refrigerador sucio con alimentos descompuestos (mal olor insoportable), y fregadero con desagüe lento/tapado desde nuestra llegada. - El propietario pretendía culparnos por el fregadero tapado (¡ya estaba así al llegar!) y amenazó con cobrarnos por el plomero. - Aunque el anuncio dice "pet friendly", nos pidió "alejar a la mascota de los muebles" sino nos cobraría extra por la limpieza de los muebles. Comprendo no es correcto sobre los muebles, pero como "alejarlos" si es un departamento (¿dónde debería estar?) 3. Abandono por Expedia/Vrbo: - Reporté todo a Expedia, pero solo me remitieron a Vrbo sin respuesta hasta el momento. Nosotros intentamos resolver los problemas para disfrutar la estadía, pero fue muy molesto todo. Jamás había sentido tanta ansiedad por irme de un lugar donde se supone fui a relajarme y disfrutar
