3 miles from Disney World, make this Beautifully remodeled 3 bed, 2 bath condo with lake views your home away from home!

Windsor Hills: The Windsor Hills Waterpark is a short 1 minute walk (30 seconds for energetic kids!) out the back porch. Windsor Hills also has a castle playground, large heated pool, tennis courts (including pickleball!), movie theater and small convenience store and grill. Equipment can be rented at the welcome center for any of your desired activities.

The condo: Granite and solid surface counter tops, new appliances, and new furnishings will add to your hassle free vacation! Have your own room for the price of sharing an entire hotel suite with your family, and the washer/dryer in the unit makes it easy to pack a little less, saving more room for droids and lightsabers! Comfortably sleeps up to 7.

All dishes, cooking utensils, and coffee maker are included in the unit, as well as pool towels (for Windsor Hills Resort use only) and bathroom towels.

This is a self-catering unit, although a small starter pack of dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner are included to get you off to a good start!

Our condo is managed professionally by M&M management, and they will be readily available to assist you with any needs during your stay. The condo is professionally cleaned before each visit, with updated covid sanitizing measures. There is no additional daily cleaning scheduled, but may be requested if needed through Prestige for an additional fee. (*Please note: this condo has a ring doorbell with a camera on the front door).

Free. wifi and free parking for up to 3 cars. Self-keypad check-in at or after 4:00 p.m. on day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.

** Please note: September of 2024 the main pool will be resurfaced and closed for use. The waterpark will remain open!

Updated condo, great location & amenities

The condo was newly renovated. The location was perfect as we were hitting Disney and Universal Studios. The amenities at the facility were fantastic. My kids didn’t care if the weather was a little on the cooler side because the pool was 84°. We also went to one of the shows at the movie theater. I used the gym, there was adequate equipment for what I needed to do. We did not use the playground, arcade, or courts area, but both looked very nice. The market on site was very convenient. The property felt very safe and was well manicured. The only reason I gave it four out of five stars on cleanliness was because although the condo was clean some of the rugs inside, definitely need to be washed or replaced.

Disney World Trip

We loved the location to Disney World attractions. It was a short distance to the parks and it was easy to get in/out. We especially liked it being on the 1st floor. The security was excellent with it having a guarded entrance and exit gate. There were great communications from the owners prior to arriving with thorough instructions and directions. We would suggest an improvement in the air conditioning system. The note on the thermostat suggested not changing the temperature or the air conditioner could freeze up causing the renters to be charged for repair. The thermostat was set on 70 leaving the rooms humid. Overall we would highly recommend the rental and owners.

We booked a last minute trip with a recommendation to stay in this community. This space couldn’t have been more perfect. Location was perfect, first floor and very close to the pool. It was right on the pond which the kids also loved. The actual apartment itself was immaculate. Clean and had everything you needed. Very spacious and comfortable. Added bonus that it is decorated so nicely. They made the check in/out process so easy to be sure that you had all the information necessary. And they were very welcoming and prompt in answering any questions. Truly can’t say enough great things about our stay here.

Amazing Experience and Caring Host

We have been home for a week now and are very much missing this condo! We didn’t originally book this condo, but ended up in an emergent situation where we had to leave our original booking. Char welcomed my family of 5 in and was so kind and helpful. Her condo is so beautifully decorated and many updates are present. We loved that it was on the bottom floor since we had 3 young kids with a lot of gear. We could walk to the pool/water park on 2 minutes from the condo door! The condo has 3 beautiful bedrooms and a comfortable sitting area to unwind after a long park day. This condo is SO close to all Disney parks - we couldn’t believe it. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay and our host answered any questions we had within minutes. We will be back one day! Highly recommend !

We had the best time staying here! E We come to Windsor hills every year with our family and have such a great time. Our condo was absolutely stunning! So clean so nicely decorated. Our family stayed in other buildings/houses in Windsor hills and stopped by and couldn’t get over how nice our place was. We would love to stay here again

We love to travel (when we're allowed!), and especially love to head to Florida during our cold winters at home in Utah. Professionally, we eat lots of chocolate, and enjoy sampling it from all over the world. Yes, you can eat chocolate for a living (with a few more tasks involved)! We love all things Disney, Harry Potter, and Star Wars. In fact, Morgan (husband), his father and brother have all created Star Wars paintings featured in a book called, "Star Wars Visions", and while their artwork is amazing, I like to remind them that I was R2-D2 in my second grade play (but I won't mention what year:).

Why they chose this property

This condo has amazing water views, and is close to the pool and waterpark. A short walk gets you to the tennis courts as well, so we find it very well located not only to the parks, but also within the Windsor Hills resort! There are no resort fees or parking fees, so the only additional costs you may have on the resort are what you might buy at the lunch counter or in the convince store located near the welcome center!
