The Coal is located on the main floor of a two-story home, providing a private and cozy retreat. The basement level is currently rented out. Guests will enjoy shared laundry facilities with secure locks to maintain privacy in non-shared areas.

A delightful quiet house, close to the river, beautifully decorated, well supplied with coffee, toiletries, a lovely covered balcony for early coffee or evening cocktail. A very patient and attentive host made our stay quite memorable!

Fantastic stay!

Wonderful place! Clean, comfortable, and the location was really great! Half a block down the road is a beautiful park we used to meet up with other family that were also in town. I appreciated the little extras they made sure to provide like ice cubes ready to go and cooking oil.

The house was well situated, and in a quiet eighbourhood. situated beside the river and wondeerful walking trail.We had everything we needed in the house, very comfortable.

Absolutely the best place we stayed at on our holidays. Great theme of coal mining. Everything was well decorated and very modern. The shower stall with a walk in tub is a bit small. You don’t want to be over weight as it’s small moving around in the stall. We asked for a second fan as only one room had a fan. The host got a brand new fan over ASAP. Great location close to the river and in a nice part of town. I would recommend this place to family and friends and we will definitely stay here again in the future.
