Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
No aircon in one room wher my pregnant daughter in law and son were couldn’t open window to get fresh air in the room with no air con due to the amount of dust and crap blowing in through we ended up leaving with 2 nights left and went to another place due to the heat in the room without an aircon! Would at least like a refund for the last 2 nights we didn’t stay but highly unlikely that would happen! Terrible experience will never stay again or recommend!
