There are 3 BRs and 1 Full WR, Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Room on the main floor. Only Main Floor is available if total number of guests is from 1-6.
Basement would be made available of number of guests exceed 6. Basement is spacious with an 8 seater sectional couch and a queen size air bed with a full WR and it can easily sleep 2 adults. In the listing, there is no option to indicate basement, so the space that shows sleeping space in Living Room is actually basement. Suitable picture are posted.

The property backs into the Grand River and is suitable for guests, whether they are looking for some relaxing time by the water or they wish to go trekking, canoeing, fishing etc. with Bellwood Conservation Area and Elora Gorge located with 5-15 minutes drive time. Fergus and Elora are twin town that offer old-time charm with lot of restaurants and similar experiences.
