Wonderful location!

This location could not be better. It was a block to 5th street, with so many restaurants and shopping. The condo had a big deck with a table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee and a book. The view from the deck was the pool into the ocean. Beautiful property that was steps away from the beach and lots of restaurants on the beach. The condo had everything we needed. The air conditioner worked great in all the rooms. I would definitely recommend this condo. We would stay here again!

Nice view

Condo was as described. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The seating on the balcony is nice. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Close to 5th Ave but far enough away that the noise wasn’t a problem for us. Walmart is not too far for a grocery run. I decided to order groceries for delivery. The front desk was helpful and had someone help me take the groceries up to our condo. There’s also a little quick shop nearby. The balcony door not only doesn’t lock but it doesn’t latch. If the wind is right when you close the front door the balcony door will open slightly. Be aware that you are only allowed one umbrella by the pool per condo. Even if you book with 5 adults. We were traveling with friends in another condo so everyday we had to explain that we had 2 condos. Don’t even think about putting anything on the chair next to you when nobody and I mean nobody else is at the pool. You will have the policy of not saving seats waived in your face. I decided not to sit by the pool our last day as I was tired of the hassle. I can understand some of these rules during peak season. We were here in June. It would have been nice to know these rules before arrival. We did have housekeeping during our stay. They were very thorough. The grounds are also well kept.

Great location beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo had an amazing view and was in a great location to the beach, ferry dock and fifth avenue where there were many shops and restaurants. The outdoor balcony was so nice as we could sit and enjoy the view and the ocean. The pool was beautiful and we spent a lot of fun time there. The complex was right on the beach which made it nice also. It was great to have 24 hour security to feel safe. Staff onsite were very friendly and helpful. We were a little concerned as one balcony door didn’t shut all the way or lock. It could have used more things like shampoo, dishwasher detergent,etc. There wasn’t many for all six of us for our three day stay. It was hard to get a hold of owner through messaging on Vrbo site but we were able to call and get info . We enjoyed our stay otherwise. Thanks!

Perfect. Just bring towels!!

The property looks exactly like the photos nice big and spacious it was very perfect The kitchen is big enough for a chef to come in. Just make sure to bring your own towels they only had two face towels and it was five people staying in a three bedroom apartment so bring your own towels!
