Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was perfect for our stay of one night. We spent most of our time outside on the patio talking. The coffee pods were a great treat for the couple with us. I loved the French press such a surprise. We will definitely stay again if in Little Rock!

What a hidden gem! The property was everything the listing described and more. Tucked away on a beautiful wooded lot, the home felt private, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. It had a warm, homey atmosphere that kept our family entertained all weekend long.The house comfortably accommodated everyone with four bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV. We stayed over Easter weekend, and I cooked most of our meals at the house... the kitchen was fully stocked with every amenity we needed and then some, which made cooking for my family easy and enjoyable.The basement was a huge hit with our family, featuring a pool table, a large TV, and two arcade games that provided hours of fun.I had been slightly concerned after reading previous reviews mentioning odors, but we experienced nothing like that. The home had several dehumidifiers and pleasant scents throughout, and there were absolutely no unpleasant smells during our stay.The host was terrific... responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had throughout the weekend.We truly loved our stay and highly recommend this lovely home!

House needs some maintenance work. Light switches were confusing. The back door is nearly impossible to open. Nice decor; clean (though strong musty smell). Host was responsive. Lots of room and nice amenities.

From the owner: “We experienced a lot of rain in our area, which caused the humidity to be sky high, which would then cause doors and anything wooden to swell. I’ve greased the doors to help; just got to wait for the humidity to drop. Sorry, we use a musk scent diffuser; it’s just an incense we use.”

Home was very convenient and would stay again due to location and cleanliness. My suggestions and hesitations would be that :1) 1 door card with a 4 bedroom house made inconvenient for others.2) Home was very musty and with every room having portable ac units did not create a quiet environment.3) Several bulbs out in various rooms. Had to run to walmart to get bulbs4) Old covered up truck in driveway?5) constant beeping in kitchen
