Check in was an absolute nightmare. I was given the wrong building address and no assistance until the following morning. I had to book a hotel room for that evening. The unit smelled of cigarette smoke (especially the enclosed patio area). The host was not available for assistance. Smoke detector had been disconnected.

You were given the correct address and your apology email stating you had the wrong build # not is giving you the wrong address. The manager was at the unit while you were there and she did not smell smoke nor did the cleaner. Smoke detector battery was replaced!
