The condo is conveniently equipped with basic household supplies, a Keurig, toaster, dishes, glasses, mugs, pots & pans.
The completely renovated Kelly Greens Club House offers both fine & casual dining, entertainment, and full bar services. Kelly Greens' management, golf, tennis, food & beverage as well as maintenance staff are all knowledgeable and extremely helpful to tenants and guests.

We retired to Florida a few years ago when we decided it was time to get away from the snow up north, and get close to a beach or two! We did our research and decided South West Florida was the right destination for us. After an initial purchase in a nearby community, we purchased this larger Kelly Greens condo #1553, with several additional in-demand amenities, as part of a greater retirement plan for our family to join us in Florida. Until they are ready to relocate here, we opened up the condo as a vacation rental for others to enjoy.
Why they chose this property
The Iona area – Kelly Greens specifically - is centrally located in South West Florida. It's just a 1/2 hour ride to the airport and has many “go-to places” close by - all within a 5 mile radius of Kelly Greens! For example, that includes: Publix, McDonald's, Walmart, Walgreens, Target, CVS, and Health Park Hospital (listed just in case). Lots of restaurants, Fort Myers Beach and the Beaches of Sanibel are minutes away. You'll run out of time to visit all of them before your vacation ends - just do a Google search yourself to see all that's available nearby :-)
What makes this property unique
Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club is an attractive, wonderfully managed gated community! Safe, with extraordinarily well-kept grounds and superb HOA oversight of all buildings and amenities. The condo itself is quite beautiful, on the third floor with a direct view of the lake and golf course, and without any overhead noise or distractions, it’s the perfect vacation getaway location.
