After you take the elevator up to the 3rd floor, you will find this 2-bedroom condo with spectacular lake and golf course views, vaulted ceilings, an updated kitchen, stainless steel appliances and lots of generous storage, is the perfect vacation location - there's even a queen-size sofa bed in the living room for the occasional, pre-approved, overnight guest. It's a great place to relax in when you're not out exploring Fort Myers' fabulous restaurants or the many nearby beaches - including those on Sanibel & Estero Islands. The condo itself is conveniently equipped with basic household supplies, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, pots & pans, sheets, towels and beach gear.

The completely renovated Kelly Greens Club House offers both fine & casual dining, entertainment, and full bar services. Kelly Greens' management, golf, tennis, food & beverage as well as the maintenance staff are all knowledgeable and extremely helpful to tenants and guests.

Pat and Hank were the most gracious hosts from start to finish. Just before we arrived Pat reached out to see if we wanted a grocery delivery before we arrived. Pat was very gracious through out our stay. The condo itself was well appointed and decorated. The condo had everything you would need. We used the barbeque and things were clean, with a covered area to eat if you wish. The grounds throughout the community were very well kept. Once we signed in and were given the membership privileges, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and it was definitely a 5-star course. Overall, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

We retired to Florida a few years ago when we decided it was time to get away from the Minnesota snow, and get close to a beach or two! We did our research and decided South West Florida was the right geographical area for us. After selling our 1-bedroom condo initially purchased in a lovely nearby community, we acquired this larger, 2-bedroom Kelly Greens condo (with several additional in-demand amenities not available in our previous community) as part of a greater retirement plan for our family to join us in Florida. Until they are ready to relocate here, we opened up our Kelly Greens condo as a vacation rental for others to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

The Iona area – Kelly Greens specifically - is centrally located in South West Florida. It's just a 1/2 hour ride to the airport and has many “go-to places” close by - all within a 5 mile radius of Kelly Greens! For example, that includes: Publix, McDonald's, Walmart, Walgreens, Target, CVS, and Health Park Hospital (listed just in case). Lots of restaurants, Fort Myers Beach and the Beaches of Sanibel are minutes away. You'll run out of time to visit all of them before your vacation ends - just do a Google search yourself to see all that's available nearby :-)

Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club is an attractive, wonderfully managed gated community! Safe, with extraordinarily well-kept grounds and superb HOA oversight of all buildings and has multiple highly sought after amenities onsite - a Par 72 championship golf course designed by architect Gordon Lewis, the state of the art fitness center, a pro shop, and 3 different dining options from casual to refined. The condo itself is quite beautiful, on the third floor with a direct view of the lake and golf course, and without any overhead noise or distractions, this condo has the perfect vacation getaway location.
