Excellent vacation stay

We loved the property and the condo. Everything was very clean - inside and out. The pool was great and we really enjoyed having so much green space for our kids to play. Definitely a family friendly spot. Beach access was perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return!

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Very nice lady and man at front desk. They checked out our rental before giving us keys. Found rental had a leaky water heater, so put us in another comparable unit. Kitchen was well appointed . Really liked having a washer and dryer. Pool was in excellent shape and well cared for. Beach access was great and beach was very clean. We are a family of 6 with ages from 81 to 17. All agreed we had a lovely time at Colony Reef.

Served the purpose

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was a little outdated and didn't offer many convivences such as beach chairs, beach towels, door code instead of key, or any household necessities such as garbage bags or toilet paper but it was clean and comfortable. The people who staff this facility were fabulous and very responsive to any needs and the location is excellent as well.

Thank you for your positive review of the property. We appreciate your kind words about the staff and location. This unit was recently sold and is getting some upgrades over the next couple of months including a new microwave and new windows and sliding doors. Beach chairs are being added for guests' use. Colony Reef does supply a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher pods etc. If you ever need extra we are happy to supply more, but as stated in the "What to Know & Bring" email guests are encouraged to purchase additional items above and beyond the initial starter supply.
