Spacious Beach Townhome w/ Pools & Porch – Near Lewes & Boardwalk!
The best-ever beach vacation spot awaits! Huge three-level, end-unit townhome in the amenity rich gated community of Sawgrass. Bright and airy open floor plan with a beautiful screened-in porch with serene views, 2 bedrooms and a bath are located on the 1st floor, the 2nd floor features a sleeping den and the 3rd floor has an extra large primary bedroom and bath along with two additional bedrooms with a shared bath. Lots of room to spread out! Located on a cul-de-sac with easy parking and access to two community pools. Short drive to the beach and boardwalk, historic Lewes, great restaurants, movie theater and shopping!

Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
