Fantastic stay all around!

Everything exceeded our expectations from the place itself (clean, airy, spacious, perfect for a big family), pool across the street and easy access to Rehoboth and Lewes. We would absolutely stay again!!

Another year, Another Amazing Vacation

3 Years staying at this spectacular condo 💥 I 💯 recommend you stay here! You will not be disappointed for one second. It’s close to everything ( restaurants, shopping, beaches, the boardwalk and the pool ) condo is always immaculately clean with lots of attention to detail. I promise you will be as happy as our family is and will want to return every year. I cannot say enough about how amazing the hosts are and can’t thank them enough for giving my family this opportunity yearly!

Clean, quiet and close to everything!

It was my family’s first time staying at this house. The house was super clean and equipped with all the essentials. The kids loved it! They went to the pool and played basketball everyday. At night we barbecued and sat on the deck. It was very quiet. The house was very close to the beach and shopping outlets. The owner was very accessible and friendly! It was perfect for our family and we look forward to vacationing there again!

5 Star 🌟 Family Vacation

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful condo, It was exactly as described modern, spacious, very clean and super close to the beach and shopping. The community clubhouse with tennis, basketball, fitness center and the pool was right across the street. We couldn’t have asked for anything better for our 1st ever family vacation home. The owners are amazing to work with and very accessible. We spent the days at the beach and pool and relaxing in the evening all spread out throughout the condo as it it huge and no one was ever on top of each other which makes this place fabulous. I would absolutely stay here again. Don’t wait book this today! We have already booked dates to return next summer counting down the days already!

Incredible family vacation

I cannot say enough about this condo! This is our 2nd year in a row staying here and it is extremely clean , everything you may need for your stay right at your finger tips, stores and restaurants are close , the beach is just a short drive away. We were able to bring less with us on our trip because this place offers everything including stuff to enjoy your beach time (chairs, umbrella, sand toys) or the pool (float, noodles). We were able to cook at the house and just relax after a long day in the sun! It’s a huge property and allows your family to spread out and not be on top of each other. The owner is amazing he answers all question quickly and made our stay so easy and memorable!! Thank you for allowing us to make a lifetime of memories once again. We will definitely be back!!

Great condominium

This three bedroom, two full baths and two half baths is well appointed and stylishly designed. The location provides excellent access to the local beaches, yet is very quiet and secure. We will definitely return.

Sawgrass South

Condo was perfect. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Host provided so many extra touches that made the stay very comfortable. Location was perfect for visits to the beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well. Would definitely recommend!!

This townhouse was gorgeous and had everything we needed. It was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The pool was nice. The grocery store was only a 5 minute drive and the beach was 15 minutes. We'd definitely stay here again!

Just Perfect

This place was amazing. Location couldn’t have been better. It is located in a very nice neighborhood with tennis courts and a pool only a few miles from route 1 where all the restaurants and shops were. The place itself was spacious, clean, and very relaxing. It has two balconies and ample space for larger groups and a garage! The pictures don’t do it justice! We will definitely be coming back next summer if possible! Property manager was very responsive and answered all of my questions and concerns promptly. Thanks so much Geoff! It was a wonderful experience.

Sawgrass South

We had a fantastic week and the listing was just as advertised. The proximity to the pool and clubhouse was great with the kids. Our only recommendation would be to provide more kitchen items, utensils, pots, dish rack, etc.
