Great house- just lacks linens
We had a great weekend staying in Thorold, the house was adequate, check in/out process was very smooth and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. However be sure to bring your own pillows and blankets as the beds only had a fitted sheet, comforter and decorative pillows. We could not find any other pillows or blankets anywhere. There was also a huge pile of garbage in the garage with flies everywhere and towards the end of the weekend they started getting into the house. It was not the end of the world but did put a bit of a damper on the stay.

I sincerely apologize for the garbage left in the garage — that should not have been the case, and I understand how unpleasant it must have been, especially as it began to affect the house. Please rest assured that it has now been fully taken care of, and I’m working with our cleaning team to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
I also appreciate your feedback regarding the linens. While we do provide comforters and decorative pillows, I now realize that additional blankets and regular pillows should have been clearly available or better communicated. I’ll make sure this is addressed for future guests.
