This is the lower level of the duplex 1939 custom built home. There are 6 exterior stairs required to enter.
Open Floor Plan with lots of room for your group. Living Room with 32 inch Smart TV connects to all tile kitchen with modern appliances. New custom built bar with vintage ASU yellow barstools. Enjoy cooking and dining in for your group.
Two large size bedrooms are available for your enjoyment. Extra sleeper bed available for one extra person so sleeps up to 5 people with comfort.

Boone girls getaway

The bungalow was very convenient to Boone and easy to get to. It could use some updates but was fine for our purposes. The beds were comfortable and the unit smelled clean. The kitchen could use a few more intensive and basics like a measuring cup. We did have upstairs neighbors that we could hear at times. Overall it was a good weekend getaway.

Water issues

Property had a water main break just prior to our arrival which the owner communicated, but there was wet towels on the floor and a wet carpet when we arrived and it smelled like mildew in the apartment. It was move in weekend for App State and a couple of college kids moved in above us on Thursday evening and stayed up walking around until 4 am which you could hear downstairs. It rain that evening and when we got up there was more water in the floor of the kitchen and bedroom. The location was great for walking everywhere.

Great location in Boone

Had a wonderful time! Clean, well laid out, fully stocked of all necessities, very comfortable, and couldn't be happier about the location. The hosts were extremely attentive. Everything was as advertised. Everything to ensure our satisfaction was thought of! I'll be back!!!! Thank you for the memories!

Just what we needed

We didn't spend much time in the apartment but it was clean basic and comfortable. Shampoo sunscreen soap coffee fixings towels etc. was much appreciated. Location for App State orientation/King St couldn't be better! A deer grazed nearby each morning and the neighborhood was quiet even with tenants above us.
