You can spend your holidays in our cozy apartment in Mittenwald for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is about 65 square meters and comfortably furnished. In the living room with a comfortable couch and a rustic dining area you will feel comfortable. There is a large bedroom with double bed and a small bedroom with two single beds in the attic available. The new kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Cable TV, a bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and hairdryer as well as a reserved parking space available.


Mittenwald is ideal for an active vacation in summer and winter: hiking, climbing, cycling, swimming, mountain biking, skiing, skating, etc. The apartment is located only 250 meters from the valley station of the Karwendel cable car - an ideal starting point for your activities. And to round off the day you can enjoy the peace, fresh air and magnificent mountain views on the furnished balcony of the apartment.

The beds are made and include the final cleaning.

Almost perfect

We loved the apartment. It had everything we needed. The location is good if you have a car but there is a bus stop in front of the property. We were charged 54.60 euros by the lady who met us at the property for her services. We had to give her cash. Luckily, we had cash because weren't expecting that expense. Parking was difficult. We parked where we were told only to have to move the car because we were in the wrong spot. The snow was blocking the sign. Also, be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs, no elevator. My husband needs TV and the one at the apartment didn't work. We bought a ROKU at the BX. If you think you might enjoy a movie night, then come prepared. These are minor annoyances. Mittenwald is a great town and we have been to Garmisch many times and decided to try something new. I would like to give 4.5 stars but that is not an option.

Wir wurden herzlichen empfangen . Alles in der Nähe erreichbar auch zu Fuß innerhalb von 10-15 min. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Sie war sauber. Die Betten bequem . Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Tolle Wanderwege in der Umgebung und vor Ort. Wir waren mit Hund angereist . Können wir empfehlen und wir kommen sicher wieder da es viel zu erkunden gibt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und funktional eingerichtet; sie enthält alles Nötige. Vor allem die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, obwohl kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden ist. Das Bad sollte künftig renoviert werden.

Parkplatz am Haus. Kurzer Weg in das Ortszentrum. Viele Wanderwege unterschiedlicher Kategorien zu Fuß zu erreichen.Ordentlich ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem, was man zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt.Wir planen fest einen weiteren Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne Lage der Wohnung

Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit in Mittenwald.Die Wohnung ist etwas höher und sehr schön gelegen, mit eigenem Parkplatz.Die Übergabe der Wohnung lief perfekt ab und Frau Römer ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar.Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das war im Inserat schon sehr zu erkennen.Was mich gestört hat, dass es keine Steckdose im Badezimmer gibt und das auf den Sofa Kissen Hundehaare? dranhingen, die ich dann einzeln raus gezupft habe, als ich eigentlich etwas eklig finde.Trotz der Hitze und dass es eine Dachwohnung ist, war die Wohnung gut durch zu lüften, und es war nachts angenehm kühl.In der Wohnung ist absolut alles vorhanden, was man braucht und so wurde nichts vermisst.

Nette preiswerte Wohnung mit tollen Aussichten

Am Rande von Mittenwald gelegene preiswerte und gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit Balkon im zweiten Stock und tollen Ausblicken auf die Berge/Umgebung und die Stadt. Alles ist per pedes - mit kurzem Anstieg beim Rückweg aus der Stadt - zu erreichen. Sehr schöne und gut beschilderte Wanderwege! Das Geigenbaumuseum ist ein Muss!! Busverkehr kostenlos!

Der Ort Mittenwald ist sehr schön. Die Ferwienwohnung aber hatte Defizite: 1. Die Wohnung lag im zweiten Stock. 2. Es gab nur ein Schlafzimmer mit normaler Raumhöhe. 3. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte keine normale Raumhöhe (ca. 150 cm)., sodass ich nur in gebückter Haltung mein Bett machen konnte. Eine Zumutung!!

Urlaub mit Hund

Der Aufenthalt war eigentlich ganz gut .Leider musste ich erst einige Stufen nach unten gehen bis zur Haustüre. Und dann in den zweiten Stock. Mit zwei Dackel die keine Treppen laufen sollen war das nicht sehr angenehm. Da ich Sie tragen musste. Die Übergabe war aber sehr nett und freundlich. Frau Römer hat mir viele Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Erwachsene sehr geräumig. Bei vier Leuten wäre es mir zu eng da das zweite Schlafzimmer sehr klein ist.Ich könnte dort nicht schlafen wegen der Enge.

Vielen Dank für Ihre 5-Sterne-Bewertung. Einen Rollo haben wir im Schlafzimmer tatsächlich nicht, dafür aber außenliegende Fensterläden zur Verdunkelung des Schlafzimmers. Das ist bei den Häusern in Mittenwald sehr häufig so gemacht.

Wandern mit Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr positiv aussehend. Waren begeistert mein Kumpel und ich. Besser als auf den Fotos, super Preis. Ja es gibt alte Fliesen im Bad, doch das ist nicht relevant, man könnte schlafen, kochen alles in allem perfekt. Wir waren zufrieden. LG Ronny und Maik
