We booked this condo for 3 nights but realized in the middle of the night on night 1 that there was a German cockroach infestation. They were all over the kitchen, living area, and bathrooms- both mature ones and babies as you can see in the pictures. I messaged the host the first night saying that we needed to find a new place to stay and we cannot stay in a place with roaches with our 2 young children. They gave us a refund for the last 2 nights we were supposed to stay there. I hope anyone who is considering booking here will be aware of this issue.

The condo was very big and clean. One negative ….. it was up 2 flights of stairs. That might have been listed in the description, if so I missed it. For someone who has trouble walking or climbing stairs it would be impossible. We also ended up with no internet. Not sure who’s fault. After 3 days they brought us a hot spot but didn’t work on the tvs. And mostly not on internet. The ocean and beach was absolutely beyond words. Overall we had a very nice time.

Family Fall Break Stay Our family (two adults and our 8- and 6-year-olds) really enjoyed our stay at this condo for fall break! The host was very responsive and check-in was easy. One thing worth mentioning for future families — the condo is stocked with extras in the garage, including a propane grill, several beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a couple of coolers. When I asked before our trip, I was told there wasn’t beach service included, so we purchased new chairs and a cooler ahead of time. It’s great to know now that the condo already has those items available — it’ll definitely save future guests money and space when packing!Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this condo and stay here again.

Thank you for the great review. We’re glad your family enjoyed fall break, found check‑in easy, and that our team was responsive. Thanks for highlighting the garage extras (propane grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers) — we’ll make sure that availability is clearer for future guests. We appreciate the recommendation and would love to host you again.

Hello! Our stay in starboard 121 was wonderful. Flew in from Denver for a girl's trip. All 5 of us slept comfortably. The beds on a whole were decent. The odd bunk bed worked but not suitable for bigger people on the top. Watch your head and read the sign. Ceiling fan might be an issue if you don't. Kitchen is well equipped with a Crock-Pot and all the essentials. There is a good selection of generic spices. Both a Keurig and coffee pot. Bring your own extras. We ordered from WalMart delivery and they were there shortly after we arrived. They have one of everything really. But no extras. The unit was exceptionally clean. Modern and tastefully decorated. The views were amazing from both balconies. The molding was weird and cracked in places. The management company were wonderful and let us have a late check out. Their communication with the cleaner however was not so great. She showed up at the regular time and came back twice before we left. It's a quick walk to peg leg Pete's and the convenience store. The pool was 8 ft. The stairs were steep. Two flights. Not an issue for us but if you have a handicap or bad knees it could be. The detached garage had almost everything you needed for a great day at the beach which literally was only steps away on the public boardwalk right next to the condo or the private boardwalk in the condos. Everyone we met was wonderful and we had an amazing time on Pensacola Beach. We book again in a heartbeat!

Thank you for the 5-star rating and for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad Starboard 121 worked well for your girls’ trip — comfortable sleeping for five, a well-equipped kitchen (Crock‑Pot, Keurig and drip coffee maker), exceptional cleanliness, modern decor, and the balcony views. It’s great the late checkout helped and that the location and beach access were convenient. We apologize for the housekeeping miscommunication and for the cracked molding; we’ll address both with our team. Thank you for the notes about the top bunk/head clearance, ceiling fan, limited extras, steep stairs, and the 8‑ft pool — we’ll review signage, stocking, and the listing details so future guests are better informed. We appreciate you choosing Pensacola Beach Properties and would welcome you back.
