The Space:
Perfectly positioned between Fitzroy and Strandon, this stylish retreat offers easy access to shops and a short stroll to the beach. Apartment 22 provides well-appointed spacious one-bedroom accommodation in a very convenient location. The local beach is just around the corner, and the CBD is an easy drive away.
The lounge area is open plan and includes a modern kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, and tea and coffee making facilities. There is no oven, only a small hob, so you won’t be able to cook a full meal, but there are some great eateries within easy walking distance.
