Enter property through high black gate. Turn onto left path down to garage. Your private access to studio 22 is ready to go .Waters edge 5 minute walk from property. Surfboard available in your wee shed. Store your e-bikes.Walk down Sackville towards the sea, walk left down the steps to walkway and beach. Access walkway with bike to the end of street and go right across reserve .
-Close to the great things in life.. sea surf and golf and shopping( 7 minute from gate to tee, 2 minutes to the shopping ).
-Fabulous boutique shopping, coffee shops, sports bar plus good old fish n chips.
-air fryer mini oven .

Absolutely loved our stay - lovely clean unit and stunning gardens. Unfortunately no opportunity to visit the beach on this visit but could occasionally hear the surf. Highly recommend

Great owner’s, very friendly, they allowed my dog to stay and play with their dog and hang out with their family in the main house. Can’t recommend this place any higher. I will definitely be back.
