About this property

Furnished home in the gated Anthem Country Club

Fully furnished home in the gated community of Anthem Country Club. It is located in a clean, quiet and safe area just north of Phoenix with easy access to the freeway.

Our HOA policy is that all rentals must be for a minimum of 30 days. We may be able to offer discounts on stays of 2 months or more, please let us know what you are looking for.

The house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a den with a desk and a full sized digital piano. It is completely equipped and includes a washer/dryer. The private back yard has a large patio area for relaxing in the sun and also has a covered area as well. Utilities and high speed internet are included.

It has a fairly large 2 car garage but we store our car there. It is well to one side so there is plenty of room for another car in the garage. There is also room to park in the driveway.

There is a cleaning fee of $200 per stay plus a refundable damage deposit. Non-smokers and no pets only.
