La maison est agréable à vivre, lumineuse grâce à toutes ses baies vitrées. Les pièces sont spacieuses. Très bonne literie dans toutes les chambres. Hélas nous avons eu un temps détestable surtout la première semaine, la seconde semaine est restée froide mais beaucoup moins pluvieuse avec quelques apparitions du soleil.

Merveilleux séjour avec mes filles.La maison est très propre, très fonctionnelle. L’accueil a été très clair et chaleureux, avec des propriétaires au petit soin et disponibles en cas de besoin. Maison spacieuse. Jolie vue

Arrivée tres facile, propriétaire gentils, attentifs, réactifs. Jolie vue sur la baie, notamment depuis l’etage et avec des jumelles pour en profiter (excellente idee!). Les éoliennes en mer au loin, présentes mais pas gênantes. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Pensez à bien prévoir draps, serviettes, torchons et épicerie.La.maison est facile a vivre.

Erholung für eine ganze Familie

Großes Familienhaus mit Einliegerwohnung auf einem Hügel mit Rundumsicht über Binic und das Meer. Ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße. Von der Küche, Wohnzimmer und den oberen Zimmern wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist angenehm freundlich, praktisch, funktional und auch vollständig. Die Technik, vor allem in der Küche, hat gut funktioniert. Der Herd war ganz neu. Zwei Wochen lang waren wir mit der ganzen Famile Gast in diesem Haus. Leider war mein französisch so schlecht, dass ich mit unserer liebenswürdigen Gastgeberin nur wenig besprechen konnte, dennoch klappte die Kommunikation irgendwie. Vorab hatten wir uns per Email und Translator verständigt und konnten Schlüssel und Haus zum abgestimmten Zeitpunkt entgegennehmen. Alles war vorbereitet und sehr sauber. Das Haus hat im Souterrain zum unteren Garten noch eine kleine Mieteinheit, ist aber vom Haupthaus mit einem externen Eingang vollständig getrennt. Uns hat dies nicht gestört. Umgekehrt hoffe ich natürlich, dass die anderen Gäste ihre Zeit ebenso genießen konnten. Binic ist eine schöne alte Hafenstadt mit guten Restaurants. Ein sehr guter Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte mit Tankstelle und Bäcker sind zu Fuß in 5, der Hafen in 30 und der nächste Strand in 10 Minuten erreichbar. In eineinhalb Stunden Fahrtzeit kann man von der Granitküste bis Mont Saint Michel viele historische und landschaftlich wunderschöne Ziele erreichen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Komfortables Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen. Das Haus ist geräumig und komfortabel ausgestattet, so dass auch 5 Erwachsene (20, 21, 23, 53 und 54 Jahre) entspannt zusammen leben können. Besonders das zusätzliche Wohnzimmer im 1. OG, mit Meerblick war super. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar ruhig, nur wenige Wanderer, Sportler und Spaziergänger benutzen die Strasse. Das Meer ist zu Fuß über Felder und Wanderwege in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die kleinen Badebuchten sind wunderschön; sie sind allerdings nur zu Fuß über die Wanderwege/Steilküste/Treppen erreichbar. Daher waren die Strände nur von wenigen Badegästen besucht was uns sehr entgegen kam. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen und können es kaum abwarten. Steffi, Timon, Simon, Paul und Lara

Endroit parfait

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour bien reposant. Le logement très bien équipé et spacieux est idéalement situé dans un quartier très calme avec une vue imprenable sur la côte. De plus, les propriétaires sont très accueillants.
