Horrible!! Please DONT BOOK this property!!

Disappointed is an understatement. I opened the door to the property and was met with a discussing smell. Walking around the property I was shocked. To start… all walls were marked, all carpet was stained, all bedding and pillows marked/stained. I called stayz straight away and emailed them photos within 5 mins of being at the property. Whilst on the phone with stayz I inspected the property further to find every surface of the apartment was sticking. Fridge door handle, dinning table, all door handles, everything…. Finally I found where the smell had come from… In the kitchen the oven and cooktop had not been cleaned with fat and oil all over it. At this point we, stayz and myself, called and messaged the host. Within 10mins we had left the apartment. Trying everyday to contact the host on 3 different numbers.. over 5 days.On our checkout day the host contacted us asking where the keys were. The host contacted me on one of the numbers stayz and I had been calling and denied ever getting any of the messages on stayz inbox, emails and number of missed calls. The host would not give us a refund as she wasn’t contacted on our check in day…. Even though she was and I had the written proof… Also stayz cannot refund you.. It is the host discretion.. Please do not book this apartment unless you are happy with 1 star..
