Beautiful home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was gorgeous and so well done. Colby was amazing and helped us when we had an issue with our elevator— that was the only bad point. But he made the situation a lot better. Would love to come again!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Dune or Do Not! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Ice maker was broken but we were able to purchase ice from the main office. If your family loves Star Wars, this is the perfect house. The Star Wars theme is a fun bonus, and the location is one of the best at Cinnamon Shore—just a short walk to the beach and only a couple of minutes from the South Pool.The house itself was amazing. The only inconvenience during our stay was the ongoing construction around us. Parking our golf carts was challenging with construction deliveries, dumpsters being emptied, and work trucks. We also occasionally noticed cigarette smoke from nearby construction crews while loading up for the beach each day.We also tried to extend our stay by one night and received different rates from different associates. We've been coming to Cinnamon Shore for years and have always experienced outstanding customer service, so this felt out of the ordinary and was a little disappointing. That experience was with Cinnamon Shore's reservation process—not the house itself.Overall, we absolutely loved Dune or Do Not and would gladly stay here again. Once the nearby construction is complete, this property will be even better.

We're sorry the construction activity made parking and loading up for the beach more challenging, and we completely understand how the cigarette smoke added to that frustration. We also hear you on the inconsistent pricing you received when trying to extend your stay that is not the seamless, trustworthy service you've come to expect from us over the years and we sincerely apologize. We will be addressing that with our reservations team directly. We can't wait to welcome you back to Dune or Do Not once the construction is complete — it's only going to get better!
