Perfect for corporate travelers, a family vacation, ski getaway, or a trip to the city, this home is sure to please. Located just four blocks from the park strip and across the street from West Chester Lagoon and the Coastal Trail System. It is a great place to walk, ride bikes, and explore in your down time. I chose this location because as they say ... location location location! It is close to just about anything I could want to do but it is quiet and comfortable when I want to relax at home.
What makes this property unique
I love the space, close to the most beautiful part of Anchorage. The neighbors are friendly. It is so easy to enjoy Alaska simply by walking out the front door and crossing the street into one of the most beautiful parks in Anchorage. Many locals as well as visitors come to this park to ride bikes, enjoy the beauty and the wildlife. Any season makes this the perfect location.
