All under a large patio area paved with plenty of room for seating, games & generally chilling out in Ledge Point.

2 master bedrooms downstairs with an open loft style mezzanine, which sleeps 12 guests. Surrounded by peppi trees & a lawned yard perfect for the kids & doggo as well.
