Exclusive walk to the beach Lazy Point House
This up-side down contemporary beach house with three bedrooms and two and a half baths sits on an acre of blissful privacy looking at Napeague Pond. This vacation rental is located in the hamlet of Amagansett in the wonderful area of Lazy Point where you can walk to the bay beach. Close enough to it all, yet removed enough to feel like you're on a real vacation next to the best windsurfing spot in town.
The well design house features a large modern living area with high ceiling, opening out on to a deck with gas BBQ. Great for entertaining the kitchen and adjacent dining room have also access to the second floor wrap around deck. The master bedroom has a view of the deck and surrounding forest. The two guest bedrooms are on the first floor with a family room and laundry. Lovely pine forest surrounds the grounds.
The newly renovated home has everything that you might need during your stay.
