Good location, quiet condo

Condo was in a nice area close to Cherry Grove. Great view from 10th floor, nicely decorated. Extra half bath in this one bedroom condo was helpful. We liked the keypad entry into the condo and parking garage always seemed to have enough spaces. Owner was very quick in responding when I contacted her.

This stay was a disaster. It began by delaying our check in because the host failed to change the entry code. It then took over an hour to get the code updated in the meantime my guest stood at the door with her luggage waiting in sweltering weather. Communication was horrendous all of our attempts to get in were filtered by AI repeating the same condescending and useless message over and over. The phone number provided is only for new guests. Finally the host called us.Secondly, there were 0 plates even though the property says a full kitchen. Additionally, the Kureig stopped working, no coffee. Finally after complaining for two days a new coffee maker and dishes were delivered.The king mattress was very uncomfortable and bad for our backs and what it had flannel sheets on a bed for the summer, hot and very uncomfortable. This property is extremely overpriced, overrated, and terribly managed. I highly recommend renters look elsewhere, it’s a rip off. I’m escalating my experience to VRBO and expect a full refund.

A very overpriced property which we were locked into due to other arrangements. For the price you should be able to get a much newer, cleaner unit with a refrigerator that is quiet. To pay a cleaning fee and have hairs and dirty baseboards is a travesty. The shower and tub are outdated as are the kitchen cabinets. As most properties in this area it was easy to access garage, elevators, pool, and beach. The evenings were quiet and communication was good. Would not recommend.
