This comfortable low-rise 2 bedroom, 2-bath direct oceanfront condo is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. As much as we love pets, the HOA does not allow guests to bring them.

Our condo is on the third floor of a three-story building with no elevator. Completely updated, painted, and furnished in a light, bright, tropical decor with all the amenities of a home. Free wireless internet is included. The fully equipped luxurious kitchen has maple cabinets, soft reflecting under-mount lights, and new overhead lights over the bar. Granite countertops with a tile backsplash make gathering for meals and snacks at the full-sized bar for six enjoyable. The kitchen, living room, and bathrooms have tile floors. There is new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the hallway and bedrooms.

In the living room, there is a Lazy Boy queen sleeper/sofa and loveseat with a small swivel rocker chair offering a cozy conversation/TV area as well as incredible views of the ocean. There is a 40' flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a small wooden checker/chess game table for your enjoyment. The sliding glass doors lead to the oceanfront balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic sights and sounds of the beach.

Sleep in luxury and comfort on the pillow-top mattress on the king-sized Tommy Bahama bed in the master bedroom with a private bath. There is a flat-screen TV and DVD player and sliding glass doors to the oceanfront deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a mirrored closet, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a DVD player.

The second bathroom is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms. The queen-sized sofa in the living area pulls out to make a queen bed, or you may choose to use the sofas as twin beds. You must bring a set of sheets for the sleeper/sofa if you plan to use it as a bed. The cleaners only furnish linens for the beds in the bedrooms. Vinyl luxury plank flooring is in the bedrooms and hallway.

The condo's laundry room has a new water heater and a high-efficiency full-sized front-load washer and dryer. This well-maintained complex offers on-site parking and an oceanfront pool with lounge chairs around the pool and picnic tables in a covered area.

The location offers endless golfing, shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities. Three minutes away is Barefoot Landing with the world-famous House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, Alligator Adventure, Marina, live Tiger Preservation Station, and a world of waterfront shops and restaurants. There is something for everyone! Many outlets, malls, and water parks are close by. Owners live near this area and make sure the property is well-maintained.









The Seafarer is a low-rise building centrally located, making it easy to visit shows, restaurants, shops, or golf. A water park, amusement park, or speedway park is just a short drive from this North Myrtle Beach vacation rental.
