Cranberry Suites

Check in was fine. The suite was appointed as advertised. The location is on a busy highway and rather industrial. Some bugs need to be ironed out. The light in the main room (living/dining/kitchen) was not working or was difficult to coordinate with multiple light switches. We spent on night in the dark. The TV system is very difficult to maneuver. Regular cable would be better. I never found MSNBC news that was live (a seemingly easy ask). The batteries went out on the remote and we spent two nights with non working tvs. Note that the refrigerator door does not close completely if the refrigerator is pushed close to the counter. The door can’t close completely. I moved it. Sorry to have had these issues. I tried sending a text through the given website (Evolve) but never heard back from the manager of the property.

You experience does not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain in our newly renovated and designed suites. Unfortunately, many of these issues could have been quickly resolved for you, if you would have reached out to one of the names listed in the QR code provided. We answer calls instantly and are able to provide help with any and all questions that you may have, such as how to access lights, TVs, and assistance with appliances. We would have been there to replace batteries, had we known they were no longer working, by either delivering them to you directly, or leaving them outside of your door. Again I apologize that your experience wasn't what we hoped for you, and truly wish we could have rectified these concerns during your stay, rather than trying to apologize once it's too late."
