The Little Black House is a 2 bedroom cottage set at the top of Splitters Rest Farm in Main Ridge on the Mornington Peninsula. Beautifully furnished with polished concrete floors, kitchen, bathroom flat screen TV, wi-fi and patio with outdoor table facing a veggie garden that guests are welcome to and rolling views of the farmland.
With a full size tennis court and beautiful pool onsite for use of guests. Private and quiet yet close to all the attractions of the Mornington Peninsula.

The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, well equipped kitchen, living area and outdoor patio and sitting area. Split system, reverse cycle air conditioner and wood fire. Flat screen TV and wifi available.
Veggie garden, solar heated pool and full size tennis court available on the property for guest use. Set on a working farm with cows, sheep and horses, feel free to walk around and explore the property within the access zones.

Such a magic little spot. The cottage was warm, comfortable and offered everything you need for a winter getaway. Walks around the property were beautiful, visited all the animals, tennis court and pool for the kids, and in a great spot to adventure around Red Hill, Flinders and Arthur’s Seat. Felt truly relaxed! Will def be back.

Beautiful accommodation and location. Excellent communication. Just to be aware the listing is not accurate in that: 1. Granny flat on owners property2. No guests allowed3. an 8pm curfew on swimming pool4. no washing machine5. Not private property other renters on the property6. HI Mandy, Thanks for your review. I just need to point out a few things that are incorrect; As discussed with you when you asked, the owner does NOT live on the property, the house you are referring to is unoccupied. We do not allow large numbers of non-paying guests to use the facilities on the property, as you requested, it is for paying guests only. There is another short stay option on the property, but neither cottages are visible to each other due to being at opposite ends of the property, which is on a slope. The tennis court and pool are for absolutely for guest use as there are no private owners on the property, and again the owner does not live on the property so the pool and tennis court are not in front of their house!
