Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No glass at or around the pool area - No disruptive noise or party - Must sign Rental Agreement - Must check in BEFORE 11pm local time.
No visiting OR overnight guests in the unit or on site that are not listed on your reservation without prior approval. Will not go over max capacity.

I would not recommend that anyone stay with this host. The majority of the problems had to do with communication/management. I arrived around 430 after a 5 hour drive and had to wait for housekeeping to finish. The directions to find the apartment in the complex were atrocious. Starting with "after you exit your car, enter the building on the left". Terribly confusing directions.... my daughter and I walked around the complex for 20 minutes before we were able to locate the apartment. When we got inside, the bed comforter was in the dryer along with the towels. I had to run them again because they were still wet. When I brought these issues to the host's attention, they simply thanked me for my understanding. I put the comforter together and had a shower, to find that the drain did NOT in fact drain very well... pretty gross really. Directions for trash stated that I was to use the "trash valet". Not sure what that was, I tried to take trash to the dumpster in the parking lot, but was unable as it had a combination lock on it. I noticed that other apartments had trash set outside of their doors for pickup, so I did the same upon our departure. I didn't want to leave trash in the apartment. A couple days later I was charged 50 by the host for not disposing of my trash properly. I still do not know what the expectations were.... as I said, the dumpster was locked.Otherwise, the apartment was clean and well furnished. Just terrible terrible communication.
