Beautiful apartment of 60 m2 for 5 people on the 5th floor of a secured luxury residence with elevator, ideally located near the Thalasso, on the seafront and with direct access to the large sandy beach and the pedestrian promenade (no road).
It benefits from a large panoramic terrace of 70 m2 with stunning views of the sea.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room with 1 sofa bed for 1 person spacious and contemporary decoration, 1 air-conditioned room with 1 bed of 160, 1 air-conditioned room equipped with 2 beds of 90, 1 shower room with electric towel dryer, 1 separate toilet, and a closed private garage for 2 vehicles.

It is equipped with WIFI. Concierge.

The terrace is amazing views of the beautiful beach area .apartment in need of some TLC and could have bin cleaner no wardrobes in one bedroom which would make it difficult if 4 people sharing very small toilet with no handbasin

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement plus que magnifique, literie parfaite de plus cela fait une dizaine d'années que nous venons sur Canet sud je n'ai jamais vu un appartement aussi bien équipé... Au plaisir d'y retourner sans hésiter...

Traumhafte Lage

Den Blick von der Terrasse wird man nie vergessen: meilenweit. Terrasse mit viel Platz, technisch alles bestens: Küchengeräte, Rolladen, Markise, Warmwasser, Wifi...Betten ok, Ruhe im Haus ok. Aber: kaum Platz in den Küchenschränken, Schränke im Wohnzimmer voll mit unnützen Zeug und: es fehlt professionelle Reinigung des gesamten Appartements (Staubsauger so voll dass eine Benutzung unmöglich ist, das WC ist eine Abstellkammer für Aufnehmer und Besen, die Dusche hat zuviel Schimmel, in der Deckenleuchte liegen 50 vertrocknete Insekten....also alles sehr französisch.

meilleur emplacement a Canet

Les +++ : la superbe terrasse ét la vue à 180°, l'acces directe à la plage, pas de route, la plage et la mer trés propre. les ++ : l'appart et son mobilier, cuisine bien équipe, les commerces et restaurants tout proche, la thalasso Le + ou - : les goélands adore la terrasse. On les aimes ou les déteste. le - : la box du garage est vraiment étroite. Trés difficile d'entrée et sortir de la voiture. Pour nous deux semaines de vacances trés réussi
