Beach towels have been added to the unit, and the broken power points in the bathroom and bedroom have been repaired by a qualified electrician to ensure everything is safe and secure. Your insights concerning the lower-level bedroom—particularly the limited storage for luggage and apparel, as well as the modest bathroom amenities—are most valuable and shall be carefully considered. We also note your concern regarding the logistical challenge of accessing this room via the garage and the impracticality of procuring and assembling a hanging rack while abroad. This is not the standard we expect, and we are taking this very seriously. We have already addressed the concerns with our cleaning team to ensure this does not happen again.
