Positioned only 4min drive to Brighton beachfront , this idyllic location provides the perfect getaway for a vacation, event, or business trip. Brighton Breeze is situated close to Brisbane Airport, DFO, Brisbane Entertainment Centre and the CBD.

The space

Bring your family, friends or colleges and enjoy a brand new recently renovated house. Brighton Breeze is a modern and comfortable home perfectly positioned to enjoy the beach and restaurants while providing easy access to Brisbane and surrounds. This new home sleeps up to 10 people, boasting 4 bedrooms, bathroom, ensuite, open plan kitchen and a lounge room.

Brighton Breeze features 1 master bedroom with a King bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed & double/single bunk beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with a double sofa lounge. This house features a modern open plan fully equipped kitchen with a lounge area to relax, complete with a smart tv. There is a beautifully renovated modern pool amd BBQ area. There also is a single driveway for vehicle parking.


Guest access

Guests will be given a code for the digital lock and have access to the entire house.

Other things to note

All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats and tea towels will be supplied for you. We also supply pillows, doonas, blankets with mattress protectors and pillow protectors on them. The 4th bedroom is the extended living area with a bi-fold wall with door. Please note there are to be no parties or smoking and Brighton Breeze cannot accommodate more than 10 people. No pets allowed. There is a beautifully renovated modern pool and BBQ area, please abide by the pool rules at all times and dont forget to bring your beach towels!

We had such a lovely stay. The location was perfect and made getting around really easy. The house was spotless and had plenty of room for all of us to relax comfortably. The pool was definitely a highlight and made the stay feel extra special. Everything was beautifully presented and we’d happily stay here again.

We are so disappointed with this property It’s only 3 bedrooms with a pull out lounge as the 4th bedroom The sheets were not clean The house was dusty and cobwebs windows were dirty The pool concrete was cracked on the floor of pool and my daughter cut her foot . Lawns had not been mowed Bbq was filthy as well I would not recommend at all for more then a group of 4 as the house is very tiny

Great renovation has been completed on this house. Nice new kitchen, bathrooms and laundry and pool area. Shame that there is not a dining table and chairs. White sofa not very comfortable. Pillows are very small in bedrooms. Nice quiet area.

It's a really well set out house that suited our group of 5 adults and 3 children 9 - 14 years. The master suite is spacious, the second bedroom has plenty of space and storage, the third double room is very compact. The pool area is nice but, sadly, it was too cold for swimming, and there is very little other outdoor space. But this was all as expected after viewing the photos. The host was helpful and responsive. Would recommend without hesitation.

Clean and tidy house close to bus stop. Only 3 towels left for 4 booked guests. Host did not respond to request for another towel. No indoor table (or outdoor) and chairs and only 3 barstools. Only plastic wine glasses but otherwise good amount of crockery. Great to have both washing machine and dryer as we had wet weather during our stay.

Best location and comfortable stay

A beautiful property in a peaceful suburb. A lovely walk at nearby beaches and great cafes. So many playgrounds around the area too! Conveniently close to the freeway, making it easy to move around Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast! The house has all the necessities you need! A comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, which acts as the 4th bedroom. I was happy to see that when the bi-fold doors are open, it’s one spacious living area. The beds were all super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There’s a clothesline outside and an indoor clothes drying rack. Didn’t even need to use the dryer! The swimming pool was the highlight of our stay, especially for the kids. Hours of fun! There’s a fence at the front of the house. Everything was clean and it was so easy to use the door code. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again!
