The bright apartment and lovely furnishings make it easy to instantly feel LEAVE. The short distance to Seeüfer and lo hacen el lugar garden city ideal para un paseo alegre y descansado.

The apartment consists of a cozy living and dining room, small kitchen, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet and has modern standard facilities such as Washing machine, microwave and cable connection so that the Selbsverpflegung is as easy as possible.

Tidy, comfortable space in perfect location

This tidy, comfortable space is the perfect location from which to enjoy splendid Konstanz. A Ferry ride to medieval Meersburg, a Schiller play, a concert in the Münster, a swimm in the Bodensee are all a very easy walk, and then you have a quiet, beautiful place to rest up. I wish I could come every summer!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr zentral gelegen, genau wie in der Beschreibung. Eine klassische Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen. Eine Bodenseecard haben wir gleich erhalten , so dass auf ein Auto problemlos verzichtet werden konnte.

Schöne Sommerzeit in Konstanz

Alles war genau wie beschrieben und in gutem Zustand. Die Hausmitbewohner waren auch sehr freundlich und unser Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen!

Eine sehr nett eingerichtete FeWo, mitten in der Altstadt von Konstanz gelegen, wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof und Hafen entfernt, ideal für einen Städteaufenthalt am Bodensee. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte sehr gut. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen....

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich ausgestattet und hat die perfekte Lage in Konstanz. Es war alles sehr sauber, die mini-Küche gut ausgestattet und das Duschbad vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden es in schöner Erinnerung behalten.

Wir haben uns im Jose's Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt und können sowohl die Unterkunft als auch den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Die Betten waren in Ordnung und die Wohnung schön geräumig und sauber. Der Standort der Wohnung ist bequem. Die Einrichtung last keine Wünsche offen. Jose war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Er hat uns vorab auch eine ausführliche Informationsbroschüre geschickt, mit alles was man wissen muss. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder.
