Good location in Konstanz

We booked this apartment because of the location and the reasonable price. Check-in was smooth. The apartment was fine, although on the small side. There is a wonderful, spacious balcony that we did not use because of the weather, but would be a great feature in the warmer months.

Die Wohnung ist leider weder romantisch noch stilvoll, sondern maximal zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Blick auf den Rhein ist nur eingeschränkt möglich – man muss sich auf der Terrasse über das Geländer lehnen, um ihn zu sehen. Ansonsten schaut man direkt auf die Hauswand oder in die Fenster der Nachbarwohnungen – und umgekehrt.Die Betten sind stark durchgelegen, das Bettzeug ist zerschlissen und wirkt wie aus den 1970er Jahren. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr spärlich, das vorhandene Geschirr ist deutlich abgenutzt und teilweise angeschlagen. Besonders unangenehm war das Badezimmer: Es verfügt über keine Lüftung, weist gelbliche Ablagerungen in der Dusche auf und es roch dauerhaft nach Abfluss. Zudem haben wir ungewöhnlich große Silberfische in der Wohnung entdeckt – ein hygienisches No-Go.Positiv hervorzuheben ist der unkomplizierte Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Objektbetreuerin – hier gab es nichts zu beanstanden.
