About this property
Modern 3 story condo, boat slip available !!!
Beautiful 3 story Condo in the heart of Sicamous on the Shuswap. 25 ft Boat slip included right across street at The Marina. 1-min walk to ANYTHING: the bar, boat rentals, beach, restaurants or shops. Over 2000sq/ft open concept living space with brand new furniture has 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 private patios (the one on the top floor is a great entertaining area with a new BBQ & patio set) The master king bedroom has ensuite, there is in suite laundry.
The space
We include a 25 foot boat slip for our guests right across the street at the Marina (20 second walk from condo) and right next to the boat launch with fuel on site at the boat slip.

2 Vehicles can be parked behind the garage with any other vehicles must be parked on the street out front on Riverside, There is no overnight parking for trucks and trailers on
